Service Overview
Aloye Computer Enterprises is pleased to provide Hard Drive Data Recovery (the “Service” or “Services”) for select products in accordance with this Service Description. This service includes:
- Customer is responsible for shipping the hard drive to Aloye Computer Enterprises Data Recovery Facility.
- Attempted data recovery from failed HDD upon receipt of your shipped drive.
- Use of enterprise data recovery tools and hardware for the purposes attempting to access and recovery the customer’s data
- At our discretion, recovered data will be provided to customer via internet based distribution mechanism.
- Recovered data will be stored within the internet distribution mechanism for a period of 15 days and then destroyed.
- Aloye Computer Enterprises cannot guarantee that any or all of the Customer’s data will be recovered.
